About Me

TiptonFamily: I have been a massage therapist for 16 years, an aesthetician for 15 , a group fitness and personal trainer for 15, and a crossfit coach for 2. I love teaching and coaching; I love working out. It is what I do to get away and de-stress; it is what keeps me sane. I also love to cook, I love finding and trying new and healthy recipes; some are winners, and some suck; I will only share the winners. Every once in a while I might find one that my kids will eat. I get asked everyday, "what workout did you teach today, what should I do?" "What do you like to cook, what do you eat?" I thought what better way to share what I do than with a blog. All you are going to get are the workouts that I teach in my Bootcamp classes 2-3 times a week. You will also get some of my favorite recipes that are healthy, easy, and inexpensive.
